What is a COUB? I had no idea what it was.
One day I was on Facebook and saw a slightly obnoxious blue icon with a sign of the horns illustration within. This symbol means many things depending on where you come from and what you are into. The first uses of it were in India to ward off magic. In the mediterranean area it is also used against bad luck similar to "knock on wood." If you wiggle your hand back and forth the sign of the horns becomes an offensive symbol meant to use at a man who is an adulterer. Rock bands used it. It can be seen on records covers beginning around 1969. The Coven who used it on stage. It appeared in Beatles photos and illustrations too. Black Sabbath singer Ronnie James Dio used it and said his grandmother used to use it to ward off evil. Then Britney Spears' audiences did it so it has kind of lost its earlier meanings or at least didn't work to ward her off.
Regardless what the symbol means, COUB.COM has nothing to do with evil, horns, Dio, or Britney Spears, but you will find them there.
